Doc-330 Luftwaffe Soldbuch
Georg Nobis Lufftwaffe Signals. Interesting Soldbuch issed in 1939 with a Luftwaffe uniform picture. This Sagent was entitled to KVKII with Swords. He served right up to Feb '45 with the Luftwaffe and finished the war with the Waffen SS SS-Fuhrungs-Nachr. Rgt 503. This soldbuch was used for all the war years. It has loose pages and added pages as was the common. It measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc

Doc-327 Wehrpass
This Wehrpas was issued on the 21'st of June 1940. This man started his service on May 3rd 1941, and took his oath to Hitler later that month and was discharged all within the same year. The wehrpas shows the date of both his parents deaths (Father 1955 and mother 1940). The Wehrpass measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc+

Doc-276 Wehrpass to guy who had service with SS Race and Resettlement Dept
Issued July '38. This was a medical student with a medium career NSDAP Political Leader. He served 8/'41-1/'42 with Luft. Signals and Medical Corps training units in Austria. 4/'42 he was discharged medically unfit for active service, most likely due to poor eyesight. 12/'44 he joined SS Race & Settlement Dept. Also included is a covering letter sent with some passport pics to Waffen0SS Ergänzungstelle XVII, (Vienna SS Recruiting Office) in regards to some photo's. It measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc++

Doc-275 Wehrpass to Sachsenhausen Guard
Issued Aug 1938. Interesting Wehrpass to a Luftwaffe guy who served from the beginning of the war. Ernst Framke served in Belgium, France and Germany finishing his service in Sachsenhausen. This guy has a great list of actions that he was involved in and was injured which likely explains why he finished his service as a camp guard. This has soil and some water damage. It measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc+

Doc-278 Wehrpass to WWI Vet
Issued Oct '43. Interesting as heck. This guy was born in 1891 so he was 52 years old on 1943! Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel! Check out this guys picture, scary lookin' guy! He shows WWI service winning the EKII. He also got the Honour Cross for combatants, that award document is included. It measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc++

Doc-274 Wehrpass to Decorated Medical Orderly Army Medical Services/Road Engineers/Assault Gun Unit
Issued Nov. /'39. Sergeant Sepp Lippert was entitled to Winter war medal, KVKII w Swords, GAB. Kuban Shield, KVKI w Swords. After training as a medical NCO he served 9/40-7/43 with Strassen-Bau-Btl-551, and independent road construction engineers unit. This unit was active in Caucasus 6/41-8/44. From 8/44-5/45with Sturm-Gesch Abt.191, renamed 2/44 Sturm-Gesch. Brigade 191. an independent assault gun unit seeing service in Russia and Hungary. This guy was involved in 15 assault gun actions. Sepp survived the war and included is his discharge papers. 150mm x 105mm. Exc++

Doc-26 Wehrpass with document group
Issued Aug 1936. Interesting to see the Weimar eagle stamps in place of the 3rd Reich stamps used further on. This pass has been reissued in July 1945, interesting to see they still used the Swastica stamp for this. This guy was conscripted in 1935 and called up in '41. He received a few awards pg 23. Easter Front award and KVKII I think. Included with this is his original call-up paper. There is also an allied issued screening pass. All in good shape with pages secure. Doc-24 Wehrpass and document group for WWI Vet
Issued April 1938 with a nice clear picture. This guy has several stamps from when he was conscripted or volunteered, he also won an award pg 23. Sorry I can not make it out. He was a WWI Vet as he was discharged Sept '18, see pg 24. Included is some sort of Vet document and a Feldpostkarte but dated from 1918. It measures approx. 150mm x 105mm. Exc+

Doc-28 Soldbuch/Wehrpass/Militärpass Group
Love to see the history that comes alive with these. This group starts with an Imperial Militärpass issued in 1914. It documents his Imperial service. From there we have a Wehrpass issued in 1938 and has entries through 1944 to include award of an EKII. Finally there is a SoldBuch here issued in 1939. The Imperial book has a couple loose pages, the rest are all intact. Exc+

Doc-20 Reisepass
Here's an interesting passport issued in 1942 in Japan. What's interesting is that it's got post-war stamps in it, evidence that these continued in use thru as least to 1950's as the stamp is dated July 1950, underneath that a ration book was issued. It measures 165mm x 110mm. NM

Doc-245 Five Piece Document Group with Studio Photo
Iron Cross 1st and 2nd Class, Black Wound Badge and Russian Front medal along with a studio picture of the guy in uniform. Schmidt belonged to Co./1.R (mot) 11th Reg. Part of ARmy Group Center. These guys saw action in Poland, Belgium, and the Eastern Front. Look at the EKII document this was signed byLothar Rendulic, Oak leaves and swords winner!! Very cool. The docs were removed from a photo album and there's some glue residue to the reverse. Exc++

-+/- 8 other documents regarding his military service.

-Two passphotos (one of which wearing uniform).

-Wehrstammbuch. Counterpart of the Wehrpass. Contains some (and even more) entries.

-Soldbuch, 30-8-39. Without passphoto, as issued (considering his 1943 discharge a passphoto is NOT possible as these were not attached earlier than 1944!).

Entitled to: Iron Cross 2^nd Class Cl., Wound Badge in Black, Winter War Medal, Wound Badge in Silver.

He served Aug. 39 – Jan. 42 as machinegunner with Pz.Abw.Abt. 157, the Anti-Tank unit of the 57 Inf. Div., Sept. 39 active in Poland and Jun 40 – April 41 active and based in France (Normandy) before transfer to the east, preparing for the campaign against Russia in June 41 (a.o. Uman, Charkow, Woronesch). 23-1-42 he was hospitalized suffering from severe frost bite (parts of feet had to be amputated) due to which he was finally discharged medically unfit for active military service on 15-5-43.

Hitler in Cartoon from all over the World". Wow I can hardly believe this book was printed in Germany in 1933. The Nazis were not exactly believers in free speech! and generally crushed any criticism so this book is a real anomaly. It's a paperback with a dust cover. Book 140 Nine Des Führers books
Interesting period propaganda booklets that are real small like 1½" x 2". They are about a dozen pages each and have B&W pics of Hitler visiting the sites of his victories. There are 9 different books here and one in poor condition, a double that of Frankreich, (France). These were gifts to people who made contributions to the Red Cross. There may have been a set of 10 or 20 different books and people were encouraged to collect them. Just another wee example of how these guys were masters of propaganda. Exc+

Several full page studio pictures of Hitler by his official Photographer Heinrich Hoffmann. The hardcover has a couple creases and the paper over the spine is loose in one area. Here we have a 37cm X 27cm , 32 page, "Die Wehrmacht" Luftwaffe Magazine. The magazine was published in Berlin, 1938. Magazine contains assorted articles, photos and illustrations, numerous advertisements and comics. The magazine is in excellent condition. Overall Exc++/NM.

Here we have a 32cm X 24.5cm, 18 page, "Der Adler" magazine. The magazine was published in Berlin on August 8th 1939, with cooperation of the RLM, "Reichs Luftfahrtministerium" (State Ministry of Aviation). Magazine contains assorted articles, photos and illustrations, numerous advertisements and comics. There are several rips and tears throughout. The front will make for a great display. Overall Exc+.

Book-169 Deutschland dankt Ihm.... Magazine
Here we have a 42cm X 26.5cm , 12 page, "Deutschland dankt Ihm...." (Germany Thanks Him...) Magazine. Published in 1936. It has pictures of Adolf Hitler's accomplishments such as the LZ129 Zeppelin Hindenburg, the Reichsautobahn, huge airplanes, fast trains, KdF holidays, a powerful military and the return of the Saarland to Germany. The back cover reads: "the German Nation has the Führer to Thank for all this Progress and for the Abundance in Germany." It then asks citizens to thank the Führer in person by voting for NSDAP candidates in elections on 29 March. The magazine has been folded in two and is well worn. Overall Exc/Exc+

Book 185 Cloth Bound 26 copy set of Der Sirene
I've never seen such a nice set all together and bound. Volume 1 through 26 dated Jan 1936-Dec 1936. These things are in great shape I would say NM. Measure approx 15" x 12". You might find the odd dog ear or small tear but remaining bound for the past 75 years has preserved these remarkably well. This thing is full of awesome period photography of uniform and daily life in the RLB organization. There's variation on uniforms I've never seen. If you are seeking period references there is none better. The ARt work on the covers alone is worthy of framing. This is something special. P-44 8 Pictures of Fort Breendonk Fortification
Here we have eight pictures of Fort Breendonk during the Second World War. In order from left to right we have pictures of: the Entrance of the Camp, the Entrance, the Rally Place, A Room, The Court of Justice, A General View, the Entrance Gate, and lastly the Torture Room. Each photo is in black and white with decorative borders. The first group of three is sealed together just like the second. The last two are single photos. The back is mostly plain white although each of the photos has a small hand written number (in pencil) to their top left, a title of the photo written in red pen, and in ink "Fort de Breendonk, Fort van Breendonk" along with an attributed title. Overall they are in excellent condition. The top group of three has a piece of tape holding the two left photos together. Although, there are no rips or tears and the edges look good. Each photo measures approximately 3 inches by 4 inches. This is an excellent group of photos of Fort Breendonk during the Second World War and would make an excellent addition to any WWII photo collection! Overall Exc++.

"District of Erfurt" in southwest Germany, 6 limited edition printsof this scenic area. These were originally purchased from a museum in former eastern block. The mat measures approx.15"x 12" and the prints themselves approx 7½" x 6". They are each numbered and signed by the artist. These are all in good condition and ready for display. They come in a cloth case. More pics
