Here we have a beautiful, vet purchased, single-piece, zinc based, die struck Heer flak badge by C.E. Juncker. The obverse depicts an anti-aircraft gun that is surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath and is below a Heer eagle, clutching a swastika in its talons. There is a fine hairline crack to the upper left corner where this is oxidized. The reverse shows a flat back with the correct, well working; round plate catch, block hinge and pin. The hinge and catch are magnetic. This piece is in beautiful condition! It depicts great detail throughout and will make for an awesome display piece! See pg. 298 of Marc Garlasco’s Flak Badge book.
