A great sized podium banner! To this Imperial tri-color 1933-35 national podium banner we have three, equally sized, separate strips of cotton cloth: black, white and red. The two exterior pieces (red and black) are stitched to the center piece (white) using white stitching. The hoist end has been folded over and has been stitched together using white/black stitching. To the corners of the hoist end are two 16 inch flat white strings for mounting purposes. These will allow for an easy display piece! The fly end has a separately applied white mount with an alternating red, white and black fringe that is held to the mount with back stitching. The banner shows period age wear and minor soilage mostly to the center white portion. There are no mothing holes, it retains its stitching and it continues to hold nice bright colors! It measures 30 1/2 inches wide by 37 1/2 inches tall. Keep in mind that this flag was used jointly along with the swastika flag in 1935. Click Here for more information.
