How often do you find a screwback example! This award is zinc based, die struck and silver washed. It depicts a pebbled maltese style cross with two crossed broad swords and a wreathed swastika to the center. The reverse shows a full/flat back with a soldered female screw portion to the center and a pin to the top. There is a convex style plate that is maker marked "L58" (Rudolf Souval, Wien) and has the male counterpart screw portion. The screw threads and pin are in well working condition! The obverse shows 25% of its silver wash and holds excellent detail! A rare version of a KVK with swords!
