"A" Neck Tie Pin

Neat little piece here! I believe it is made out of sterling silver and black enamel work. It is a tow/three piece construction. The obverse shows a centrally placed "A" in an octagon with four squares beside it, three of which are painted black. This piece is soldered to a paperclip type pin that would attach to a neck tie. It came in with a collection of German items, just listing what is left of them. May just be the piece for you!
