Here's a neat piece! The square pin is made of a piece of injection molded white celluloid. The obverse features a mother sitting in a chair, rocking her child that is in a cradle. This is above: "Kämpft Gegen Die Not Schützt Mutter u. Kind" (Fight Against The emergency Protects Mother & Child) and all lies on a checkered background. The reverse is semi-hollow and reads "12". The stickpin is lost to time. A good piece to go with your German mothers pin collection!
