M31 Mess Kit

Here we have an M31 Mess Kit. The kidney shaped kit is aluminum based and painted grey. It most likely has been post-war re-painted. It continues to hold the steel carrying wire and leather strap. The lid is maker marked "RFI 38" the side handle is maker marked "C & G W 36". They are mismatched and I have seen this before. The price has been adjusted for shipping cost. Great piece!
