Here we have a "Reichsn-hrstand Ausstellung 1936" Tinnie for the Veranstaltungsabzeichen event which was held in Frankfurt am Main. The "Reichsn-hrstand" was established in September of 1933 and was responsible for controlling production, marketing, distribution and rationing of the Reich's food supply. This shield shaped tinnie is made of a celluloid base that has been die struck and silver washed. The obverse depicts wheat sheaths which are placed in a tree shape and is beside by two stagnant swastikas and below "Reichsn-hrstand Ausstellung 1936 Frankfurt am Main". The reverse shows a full back and reads: "E.F. Wiedmann Frankfurt AMS". It also has a crimped steel well working pin. A neat little tinnie!
