What a beauty piece! This tinnie was produced for the SA-Gruppen-Sport-Wettknmpfe 1938 which was held by the SA Gruppe Kurpfalz. This round tinnie is made of a silvered celluloid base. The obverse depicts a centrally placed hand holding a sword in front of an oak leaf cluster and beside a SA logo on a smooth field and surrounded by "SA-Gruppen-Sport-Wettknmpfe 1938 Gruppe Kurpfalz".The reverse shows a full back and is maker marked "Richard Sieper & Söhne - Lüdenscheid". The badge retains its original pin and plate. Wonderful detail!
