Another nice Eickhorn example with a beautiful blade! The acid etched fouled anchor blade on this one looks stunning! The tip is perfect and the fit is nice and tight. The crisp etch remains nice and dark and the stamped "Original Eickhorn Solingen" maker mark is beautifully executed! The brown buffer pad continues to remain intact. The brass based, gold gilded, lightning bolt scabbard looks great! The details and hand enhancing are beautifully displayed throughout! It has a tiny hit to the lower obverse. Both throat retaining screws remain intact. The brass based hilt and pommel are beautifully detailed with the fouled anchor and proud kreigsmarine eagle sitting on the top! The hilt and scabbard match in color and patina. The wood based, white celluloid covered grip looks great! There are no cracks, chips or damage of any sort. The double twisted brass wire wrap remains tightly intact! A beauty example purchased from C. Gottlieb several years ago and now back on the market at my pricing!
