Here's a great piece with a nice dark orange grip! The blade on this one rates Exc+. There is some nice crossgrain and just some age towards the tip. It has a nice black etch maker mark. The Eickhorn scabbard is an excellent example! It is beautifully detailed and remains dent-free. The one reverse screw remains intact. The crossguard is Eickhorn's last pattern example. It is beautifully detailed remaining in excellent condition. The pommel is also in excellent condition with nice burnishing to the background. The ferrule looks great. The grip here is a nice chip and crack-free feature being deeply orange toned as time and UV has done it's trick! Nothing is loose. Finally a great portepee to finish it.!
