A neat little piece here! I believe this is made of a die stamped patinaed silver. The obverse features a portrait of Prince Heinrich XXIV surrounded by "Erbprinz Heinrich xxvii. Reuss J.L. Protector". The reverse features two decorated men with flags in front of a city and are partially surrounded by "XVI Mitteldeutsches Bundesschiessen Gera 1896" and above a bannered: "Scharfes Auge sichre Hand|Treues Herz fur Vaterland|ErnsterSinn mit Lustgepaart|das ist achte Schutzen" along with the dates "1660 | 1722 | 1896". It shows nice age patina. You can find a similar one here: It brought 150 Euros at auction!
