A nice clean example here! The bright unmarked blade on this one looks great! Nice crossgraining is visible, the tip is perfect as is the fit! The blade rates a Exc++. It shows minor age grey and has been lightly cleaned. The brown leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based and nickel-silver plated scabbard is in excellent condition. It provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling and oak leaves and acorn bands. It shows only minor plating loss throughout. It remains completely dent free and the single throat retaining screw remains intact. The alloy based, heavily nickel-silver plated eagle crossguard (Generic Type "B") also provides crisp details throughout the head, wings, wreath and chest! The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns! The white celluloid over plaster grip is near perfect! The odd spot but no cracks or chips! A very nice later style to add to your collection! We owned this piece back in 2011, were able to get it back and are happy to offer it once again! Remember if you are ever going to sell please let us know, they aren't making any more of these!
