Awarded as a token of appreciation for donations to the Winter Aid program in 1933-34. It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been silver washed. The round shaped obverse features a centrally placed Hitler's bust, which is surrounded by "Hitler's Dank Gau Westfallen - Nord" with "Winter-Hilfe" to the left and "1933-1934" to the right. The reverse is maker marked "Paulmann & Crone Lüdenscheld" and "Ges. Gesch.". The vertically soldered on pin remains in well working condition. It measures 1 3/8 inches in diameter. Great details and nice silver wash remains!
