An nice example here! The plated sawback blade is in good condition! The stamped early double oval Eickhorn maker mark is beautifully executed! The blade rates an easy Exc++. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The black enamel repainted scabbard has minor "orange peel" look to it and some wee hits to one edge and still looks great! The perfect diamond grip plates are nicely fit without any damage and secured with 2 rivets. No cracks or chips anywhere. The steel nickel plated hilt is in good shape with some plating loss as one would expect from an early one.
