May Day Tinnie 1936

Here we have a nice looking May Day Tinnie 1936! It is constructed out of a die struck aluminum-alloy base that has been silver washed and black burnished. The round shaped obverse depicts an old style plow, riveting hammer and downward pointing broad sword behind a German national eagle and reads "1. Mai 1936" (top left) along with a small "RK" (bottom left). The reverse shows a full back and a horizontally crimped on well working steel pin. It is also maker marked "J. Dinnebier Nachf. Lüdenscheid". It measures approximately 1 3/8 in diameter. A great start to collecting all the May day badges!
