Early SS 120/34 RZM Dagger

Here we have a beautiful early RZM SS Dagger! The blade on this one is nice and bright! The crisp acid etched "Meine Ehre heisst Treue" motto and "SS 120/34 RZM" maker mark are both beautifully executed! The crossgrain is very nice and can be seen the full length of the blade. The tip comes to a sharp point and the fit is nice and tight! The blade rates an Exc++. It has been lightly cleaned and shows the common surface scratches and spotting throughout. The scabbard is steel based and black anodized. It shows a wonderful dark finish to it! It has the slightest pressure mark to the reverse and you have to turn it just right in the light in order to see it. The solid nickel scabbard fittings look wonderful matching the crossguards perfectly. The ball has one wee bump yet retains a nice round shape. All four screws remain intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is near perfect and closes with a snap! The reverse of the lower crossguard is district stamped "I" (Munich). The black died hardwood grip has several chips, flakes and cracks throughout. The solid nickel eagle is beautifully detail and has a perfect fit! The SS roundel is also has a perfect fit and retains 85%+ of its enamel. An excellent piece you would be proud to own!
