The visor is constructed of blue grey wool with orange piping. To the front is a cockade above two crossed swords that is on top of an oak leaf and acorn wreath that is open to the top and tied together at the bottom. The chinstrap and buttons are in excellent condition. The visor top has an internal wire stiffener. The black/grey vulcanfiber visor peek is in excellent condition. The interior is lined in a grey/blue rayon. The grey leather sweat-band is in excellent condition. The top has a celluloid sweat diamond that is maker marked underneath reading: “Landgraf Bamberger Mützen-Industrie” and sized “55”. It is a fine looking visor.
