Münster Veterans Association Medal 1870

It is constructed out of a steel base that has been silver washed and black burnished. The obverse features Pattee style cross with a centrally placed Münster Coat of arms shield with oak leaves and acorns coming out the top and bottom of it, along with "Münster" (top), "Krieger" (left), "Verein" (right) and "1870" (bottom). The reverse features a full back. To the top is an integral loop and ring. It measures approximately 1 3/8 inches wide and tall.
