A solid piece! The bright blade on this one looks good! The stamped "RZM M7/33" (F W. H?ller, Solingen) maker mark is beautifully executed! The fit continues to remain nice and tight. The blade rates Exc+/Exc++. It shows the common surface scratched throughout along with some age spotting and a slightly dulled tip. The original leather buffer remains intact. The steel based black enamel painted scabbard looks good. It continues to hold 45%+ of its original paint coverage. It remains completely dent free. The scabbard leather is in excellent condition. It has all of its rivets and the snap continues to work well. The hilt is zinc based and nickel-silver plated. It continues to retain the majority of its plating intact. The black bakelite checkered grip plates are in near perfect condition. No cracks or chips. Both steel plated rivets remain tightly secured. The small HJ diamond retains 90%+ of its enamel. A good one!
