A great transitional example here! The plated blade on this one has some plating loss towards the tip as well as one spot just south of the maker mark. It has a tight fit and the tip is perfect. The blade rates and Exc+. The blue, pebbled, leather buffer pad remains intact. The blue, pebbled, leather scabbard body remains in beautiful condition with excellent leather coverage and a great seam! It has a few pressure marks. The steel scabbard fittings show plating loss and all of the headless screws remain intact! The aluminium chain has 9 lower and 6 upper ringlets that ends at a well working "Ges Gesch" "OLC" stamped well working clip. The zinc based hilt fittings remain nice and bright with inserted brass roundels forming the swas's which we often see on Pack transitionals. The grip leather remains in good condition and is tightly triple wire wrapped. The leather shows minor wear. Finally this comes with a nice portepee. A complete example here for the taking!
