Here we have a Bronze Drivers Proficiency Badge! It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been bronze washed and attached with prongs to a green cotton and round steel plate that has a glued on paper backing. The round shaped obverse depicts a steering wheel on a pebbled background which is surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath and is above a round green cotton backing. The reverse shows the glued on paper backing. Both prongs remain intact. It shows minor mothing and 90%+ of the paper remain intact. It measures approximately 2 inches in diameter. Nice bronze wash and detail remains!
