Looking around the web I just shake my head some days seeing people layout good money for a whole mix of parts. It's a pleasure to be able to offer a textbook piece here! The sailing ship blade on this one looks good! The acid etch is nicely displayed with great detail. The "F. W. H?ller Solingen" maker mark is beautifully executed! A solid fit and perfect tip! The sailing ship etched blade on this one rates an Exc++/NM. It shows minor age. The buffer pad continues to remain intact. The brass based gilded, lightning bolt scabbard looks good! See those flat edges to the scabbard bands? The fat rings? The headless screws? All textbook Holler! It is nicely detailed and hand enhanced scabbard bands! It has one pressure mark towards the tip. Both throat retaining screws remain intact. The brass based and gold gilded hilt and proud Kreigsmarine Holler eagle pommel are all beautifully detailed! The hilt and scabbard match in color, condition and patina. The button continues to work well. The yellow trylon based grip looks great! It is chip and crack-free. The typical Holler springy early brass wire wrap remains tightly intact!
