The Emil Voos firm was famous for their quality and hand enhanced details. The blade on this one rates Exc++. There is a bit of age just up from the tip overall excellent plating remains. I think this thing could do with a good cleaning, but I leave to you. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The blade is unmarked. This one is illustrated in Angolia reference pg 128. The black enamel painted scabbard shows some normal scrapes and bumps with some paint loss and oxidation with a small dent 10" up from the obverse drag. Again with a bit of love this could be cleaned up nice. The scabbard throat is secured by two dome head screws. The hilt and P-guard are beautifully detailed with honest wear to the high areas. The leopard head looks awesome with bright red glass eyes and hand enhancing to the mane. The languet features an open winged hand enhanced eagle. The black celluloid grip is in perfect condition! Three twisted brass wires remain intact and tightly secured. A beauty for sure!
