DKRB Veteran's Armband

Here we have a 1st pattern DKRB Veteran Armband! It is constructed out of a thick blue wool base with a stitched on insignia consisting of a white rayon backing with black and red machine embroidered cotton thread. The rectangular shaped obverse features a centrally placed shield shaped insignia, which features; the Kyffhauser monument on a white field and is above a tricolour flag which is bordered in black stitching. The top and bottom are folded over and stitched together. The back is stitched to size. It is in excellent condition with only minor age fading/wear. It measures approximately 7 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches tall. Sorry the 1st view is a bit faded, it's not just the exposure on my camera lightened it.
