Here we have an Navy Beamter shoulderboard device for NCO. It is constructed out of a die stamped nickel-silver base that has been silver washed. The obverse features the eagle clutching a mobile swastika in its talons. The hollow back reverse has two soldered on flat wire prongs. It measures approximately 7/8 of an inch wide by 1 inch tall. It is slightly bent but could be bent back in place.
