Please note this item is no longer available and you were redirected to our Archives.

The Reichsmark was the currency in Germany from 1924 until 20 June 1948 in West Germany. The Reichsmark was subdivided into 100 Reichspfennig. It is constructed out of a die stamped zinc base. The obverse features a large "10" surrounded by "Reichspfennig" and an "E" flanked by two oak leaves. The "E" indicates that the coin was struck in Muldenhütten (Dresden). The reverse features an NSDAP eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons, surrounded by "Deutsches Reich 1941". It measures approximately 13/16 of an inch in diameter. Nice!
