Here we have a set of Super Deluxe 2nd Model Luftwaffe Hangers! The die struck/injection molded back connector clip, buckles, bands and dagger clips are all constructed out of a zinc-alloy base that has been gold washed. The top hanger connecting pieces are constructed out of a stamped tombak base that has been riveted to the cloth. All of these components depict great detail with oak leaves and acorns throughout. The grommets and prongs are brass based. The cloth, stitching, flatwire and reverse felt remain in fine condition. Some loss to the felt. The cloth had been period repaired with the addition of the extra reinforcing stitching and top tombak connectors. All three of the clips are in well working condition and are "DGRM" marked. The top connector clip is also marked "U.E. RZM 10". The peak of that clip has period wear to the interior edges. A fine set to accompany your 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger!
