Here we have a Luftwaffe flak badge by Steinhauer & Luck! It is constructed out of a two-piece, die struck, zinc base that is finished in a silver electroplating and lacquer. The obverse depicts an anti-aircraft gun that is surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath and is below a Luftwaffe eagle, clutching a swastika in its talons. The reverse is correctly displays a tombak oblong plate flat wire catch, correct buntmettal pin and correct block hinge. The hinge-pin is made of steel and is magnetic. The pin, hinge and catch all work well. There is some minor calcification throughout. It depicts good detail throughout and will make for a nice display!
