Here we have a two piece brass/nickel based, Imperial Prussian Army Belt Buckle. The front depicts the Imperial king’s crown which is then encircled by detailed lines and enclosed by two twisted ropes. The crown is above a laurel leaf pattern and below the Army motto: "GOTT MIT UNS" (God with us). The buckle shows nice age patina and retains excellent detail with minor wear. The brass prongs and catch remain in excellent condition. A nice solid example just right for your collection!
