Here we have a beautiful personalized correct 3rd pattern Model 1935 Army Dagger (Heer Dolch)! The blade on this one is excellent! The acid etched "F.W. H?ller Solingen" maker mark is dark, crisp and beautifully executed! The crossgrain is stunning and runs the full length. The fit is perfect and it has a perfect tip. The blade rates an Exc++/NM. It shows minor spotting and age grey along with the common surface scratches throughout. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, nickel-silver plated scabbard provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling throughout and hand enhanced oak leaf and acorn bands! It remains completely dent free and the original throat retaining screw continues to remain intact. The zinc-alloy based, nickel-silver plated H?ller crossguard provides beautiful crisp detail! The reverse is uniquely personalized reading: "Z?rkler". The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns. The orange, trylon grip on this one is wonderful with nice age toning! A nice example all around!
