A beautiful NSDStB Student League Flag! It is constructed out of multi-piece died cotton that has been stitched together. The rectangular shaped obverse features a centrally placed NSDStB emblem, which consists of; a rhomboid shaped diamond with a black elongated mobile swastika that has alternating red/white backing to the arms. The emblem lies on two horizontal white strips all on a red base. To the top, bottom and fly end is a twisted silver bullion 6.5 cm long fringe. The hoist end has been folded over and re-enforced with stitching. There are no rings/clips. The obverse hoist end has a glued on white rectangular paper with blue ink RZM tag that is maker marked “A4 275” and numbered. There is soil and minor age wear throughout. It measures 112.5cm tall by 137.5cm wide. A rare piece.
