Here we have 4 complete examples with the original issue packet and ribbon! You get 1, my choice. The medal is die struck, zinc alloy based and bronze washed and lacquered, most of the bronze is absorbed leaving a gray look. It depicts a pebbled maltese style cross and a wreathed swastika / 1939 (reverse) to the center. The ring is correctly marked "19". This piece comes with approximately 11 inches of original red, black and white rayon ribbon. It also comes with a tattered packet that is marked "Kriegs-verdienstkreuz 2. klasse ohne schwerter". The reverse is maker marked "G. Ferd. Wiedmann Frankurt a. M. G.10".
