Here's a decent example you can afford. The blade on this example is fairly clean. The cutting edge has been sharpened and there are age stains and minor pits, someone cleaned it hard along the way. The reverse of the blade is stamped with the RZM M7/38, (Paul Seilheimer, Solingen) maker mark. The blade rates Exc. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The scabbard suffers has wear with paint loss, (mostly to the obverse), and age-toning throughout. The brown leather has age and is fairly supple. like all of these I do not recommend using the snap as it stresses the leather too much. The zinc hilt has plating loss from honest wear. The black checkered grip plates are in good shape. The diamond retains 80%+ of its enamel and looks to have been glued in. A great price.
