A good example of an Imperial dove head NCO sword by G. Weyersberg Solingen. The blade on this piece looks good. There is the odd light surface scratch throughout but certainly Exc++/NM. The stamped maker mark is nicely executed under the languet but near impossible to photograph. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The undented black scabbard has the odd light surface oxidization wear scratches etc. The ring is fixed solid as most of these Imperial era examples are. The scabbard throat is tightly secured by the two dome head screws. The solid nickel fittings remain in excellent condition with only light wear, they have lots of vertigris, (that green stuff) and could be cleaned up. The black celluloid grip has a crack and the wire is loose.
