A Helft Uns Helfen Tinnie. It is constructed out of an injection molded white bakelite base that has been red painted. The obverse depicts a centrally placed medical cross, with the reading "Helft uns Helfen!" (Help Us!) to the top and bottom. The reverse has a glued on steel round plate, with a well working vertical pin assembly. It measures 3/4 inches wide by 1 inch tall. Cool!
