A Propaganda Tinnie. Issued by the National Winterhilfswerk (WHW) charitable organization for contributions to street collections on February 1937. It is constructed out of a molded porcelain base with blue paint work underneath a lacquer coating. The obverse depicts the country of Germany and reads "Ein Volk Ein Reich Ein Führer" (One Nation One Empire One Leader). It measures 1 5/8 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches tall. Nice!
