A Deutsche Arbeitsfront Mitgliedsabzeichen by RZM M1/34 - Karl Wurster, Markneukirchen. This piece would have been worn by the member while in civilian clothing. It is constructed out of a die struck zinc base that has been silver washed. The round shaped obverse features the cut-out DAF emblem, which consists of; a crosshatched mobile swastika surrounded by a cog wheel. The full back reverse is clearly maker marked "RZM M1/34" and has a crimped on well work tombak pin assembly. It measures approximately ¾ of an inch in diameter. Much rarer than the stickpin variation.
