Issue Case for a German Cross in Gold

Etui zum DKiG - Variation III. The case is constructed out of a wood and pressed cardboard base that is covered in a simulated grained black leatherette. To the front is a round bronzed steel based spring loaded closure button. To the back is a bronzed steel piano bar hinge. The interior top lid is lined in pearl white satin and has an underlying pad. The bottom interior of the case is constructed out of a pressed cardboard base that has been covered in a black fibrous felt and outlines the pin hinge and catch assembly. The exterior has a thin gold line. The case shows minor scuffs that have been darkend. The push button doesn’t catch quite like you would normally see and it still works. It measures 4 3/16 inches wide and deep by 1 1/16 inches thick. Overall it is in excellent condition, perfect to house your DKiG!
