Early Ground Rohm Dagger

Well, this here is a good looking fully ground Rohm! The blade on this one looks great! The dark and crisp acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto is nicely executed! The reverse is completely ground off including the maker mark, however IMHO this is an Aesulap. The crossgrain is good. The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point! The blade rates an easy Exc+. It shows age spotting throughout, but that's it. The steel based anodized scabbard body looks good! It's dent-free with a near perfect ball. The solid nickel scabbard fittings look good matching the crossguards in color and wear. All four screws remain intact. The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked "Sw" (Sudwest). The brown hardwood grip looks great and appears to have the remnants of a dark lacquer! The grip / crossguard fits are near perfect! The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful detail and the SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 100% of its enamel. A solid example all around!
