Small marine marked State Service Flag that is in a perfect size to display! Here we have a double sided red, white and black State Service flag. To the hoist end of the flag is a stitched on white reinforcing edge that has a lanyard running through the length of it, for easy mounting and dismounting. The white reinforcing edge has black printed markings. There are also two separately applied reinforcing patches to the corners, near where you can see the strings. The top and bottom have six reinforcing stitches. The fly end of the flag has been folded over and stitched together. All of the stitching remains intact there are stains and the lanyard can be seen as worn through the hoist end.
