The blade on this one is real nice! It has a dark and beautifully executed "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and RZM M 7/2 maker mark! The crossgrain is beautiful running the full length of the blade, the tip comes to a perfect point and the blade is perfectly seated to the crossguard. There are a coupleage spots but that's it. The blade rates Exc++. The brown factory painted scabbard is in great condition having just a bit of age crazing and a few odd scratches! It remains clean and completely dent-free. The plated scabbard fittings have some spotting to the back upper fitting from period wear. The ball is perfectly round and all of the screws remain intact and unturned! The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The crossguards look good with only minor plating lifting next to the guards. The grip / crossguard fits are great. The hardwood grip is in beautiful condition. No chips or cracks again just wear. The aluminum eagle is beautifully detailed with a perfect fit. The SA roundel retains 100% of its enamel and has a perfect fit. Included is a RZM hanger. A nice fit for your collection!
