Nice pennant here looks to marked up by the Vet to the obverse? says, "Dougway P.G". I believe Dugway P. G. stands for Dugway Proving Ground in Utah. It was established in 1942 mainly for the study of chemical and biological weapons due to it's remote location. Why Dugway P. G. is on the pennant in the first place is indeed a mystery. The reverse it is chain stitched in the German period style. Very unusual separately applied Swas. with multi colored background. Measures approx 31" in length. Small stains.
