US M4 Bayonet

US model M7 combat bayonet made by Case during the WWII era. This was used on the US M1 carbine. Blued blade and hardware with leather washer grip. The crossguard is US case ordinance marked with the flaming bomb. Scabbard is M8 olive drab plastic with sheet metal throat. The throat is marked "VP5" underneath. Wonderful condition.
