Guys keep asking for mint, but guys when you buy stuff from vet families it's just no always that way. This is what the stuff looks like! A solid Land Customs Dagger by Alcoso! The blade on this one has some spotting. The acid etched "Alcoso with scales maker mark looks great! The blade has some wee scratches and a bit of clouding, it rates Exc+/Exc++. The original buffer pad remains intact. The scabbard has full leather coverage and it has some scuffs and and wear throughout, as we tend to see on these. The plated scabbard bands have some age spotting and plating lifting. I have not cleaned these. All three headless screws remain intact and unturned. The throat is integral to the upper fitting as we see on 95% of these. This dagger employs plated aluminum hilt fittings with upswept eagle wings. There is some plating loss the worse being to the reverse of the crossguard. The unique Customs ferule again has the correct leaf pattern. The unique Customs pommel with acanthus leaves is matching in tone and wear. The leathered grip is in great shape and correctly wire wrapped with springy brass wire. Nice detail to the hilt! It could use a cleaning.
