Berlin Polizei Koppelschloß circa 1950. It is constructed out of a die stamped nickel-silver base that has been silver washed and black enamel painted. The obverse roundel features the Berlin Coat of Arms (rampant lion on top of a shield all underneath a crown) on top of a pebbled background that is surrounded by an encircled star that all lies on a pebbled rectangular background. The reverse shows a soldered-on catch and a steel pin/post sleeve assembly that all remain in great condition! It measures 2 7/16 inched wide by 1 7/8 inches high. The buckle looks great!
