NSDAP Membership Pin by RZM M1/100

An excellent looking Parteiabzeichen! These were available for private purchase / given (HJ/BDM) to individuals after they had joined the NSDAP. It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been silver washed and contains red, white and black enamel work. The round shaped obverse depicts a black mobile swastika on a white backing, encircled by: "NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE - D.A.P." on a red translucent pebbled backing. The slightly concave reverse shows a soldered on round plate that holds a horizontally placed nickel-silver pin that remains in well working condition. The back is also marked "RZM M1/100" (Werner Redo, Saarlautern). The enamel work show minor surface scratches yet is in excellent condition. The pin measures approximately 15/16 of an inch in diameter. A nice one!
