A nice extra cost feature was stag grips! The bright plated blade is in excellent condition! It has a nicely executed stamped maker mark, along with a solid fit and perfect tip. The blade rates NM. There are just light runner marks but that's it. The black enamel painted scabbard has some wear. 95% of the original paint remains intact and it is completely dent free! The original throat retaining screw remains intact and unturned. It scabbard fits the hilt perfectly! The nickel-silver plated hilt looks good 99% remains intact. The button functions well and the red felt slot insert remains intact. The multi-toned stag grips plates are perfectly fit and secured with 2 solid steel rivets. They are in near perfect condition with no cracks or chips anywhere. Nicely finishing this is a very nice frog. A great piece with stag grip plates!
