A nice example here made for the Schmidt-Rubin rifle. The signal fuller blade is clean. Correctly maker marked Maschinenfabrik BERN the blade is NM. The scabbard is blued and has a a bit of wear and remains dent-free. The hilt is steel with two riveted wood grip plates. The grip is serialized “290228”. The button works well. See page 209 of “An Illustrated History Bayonets” by Martin J. Brayley.
