Nationalsozialistische Parteiabzeichen by RZM M1/159 (Hans Doppler, Wels). These were available for private purchase / given (HJ/BDM) to individuals after they had joined the NSDAP. It is constructed out of a die struck zinc base that has been silver washed and contains red, white and black enamel paint work. The round shaped obverse depicts a black mobile swastika on a white backing, encircled by: “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE - D.A.P.” on a red pebbled backing. The slightly concave reverse shows a horizontally soldered on round plate that holds a well working nickel-silver pin assembly. The back is maker marked “RZM M1/159”. The pin measures 15/16 of an inch in diameter. The obverse shows some paint loss. A nice pin!
